Portable Gas Analyzer

Individual four-channel portable gas analyzer for detecting and monitoring concentration of toxic and explosive gases (methane, ethane, propane, butane, pentane, hexane, carbon monoxide, hydrogen), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), oxygen (O2) and carbon monoxide (CO).
 
This device is equipped with exceeding alarm of permissible level of gas concentration in the air: two-color LEDs (red / green), vibration motor, and audible alarm. To display the measurement results the OLED color display with a resolution of 160x128 pixels is used, or USB interface.

How does it work?

Whether it’s a multi-gas or a biogas analyzer, the principle of its operation is usually the same unlike their construction. But, all of them consist of the input and output holes and the main chamber where the fume is collected.

The fume goes into the main chamber through the input hole. The main chamber has special sensors installed inside it that measure the level and quality of the required substance. Once the result is ready the fume is released through the output hole.
